Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to information when you visit this site from a phone, a tablet or a desktop browser. We are an independent information site about Zoome Casino, we do not run any casino, and we do not hold player accounts or process any wagers or payments.
Information you hand over yourself
Nothing on this site asks you to register. If you email us with a correction, a complaint or a question, we receive whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the content itself.
We never ask for banking details, copies of identity documents or casino login credentials. If a message arrives containing that kind of material, we delete it rather than store it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting layer records standard request data: IP address, browser and operating system version, device type, referring page and the time of the request. Because most of our readers arrive on mobile, this is also how we check that portrait layouts and image sizes actually work on real handsets.
These logs are technical. We do not attempt to attach a name to an IP address.
Cookies and measurement tools
Essential cookies keep basic preferences, such as a dismissed notice, so the page does not nag you on every visit. Analytics cookies count visits, pages viewed and the route people take through the guide.
Analytics data is aggregated. Browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time, and the guide content still works if you do.
Why we process any of it
Three reasons only: to keep the site online and secure, to understand which sections readers use so we can improve them, and to answer messages people send us.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not attempt behavioural targeting.
Retention periods
Server logs are cycled out within a few months. Aggregated analytics figures may be kept longer because they no longer identify anyone.
Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then removed.
Who else sees the data
Our hosting provider and our analytics provider process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell data and we do not trade mailing lists.
Following an affiliate link takes you to a third party site. From that point their privacy notice applies, not ours, and we have no visibility of what you do there.
Your rights as a reader
You may ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to erase it. You may also object to analytics processing.
Write to us using the contact address published in the site footer and describe your request in plain terms. We reply to every request we can verify, and we will tell you if a legal obligation prevents us acting on one.
Children and updates
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on the same page. Substantial changes will be flagged at the top so returning readers notice them.
